In May 2018, Crystal and Steve Stimpson purchased Donny Wright Notary (a business that had been part of the Washington business community for more than 30 years) and allowed Donny to retire to North Carolina. Since acquiring the notary business, Crystal and Steve have created a LLC and took over the T-plate contract that had already been established with PennDot.

We offer same day intransit plates as well as car, truck, and ATV registration. We also offer 5-10 day title transfers (A process which used to take months!) Steve is in the process of getting his notary as well, which will allow us to travel.

Stimpson and Wright Notary is a Veteran owned business, and very proud of it. Donny has two Purple Hearts, and Steve fought in Desert Storm during his time in the Navy.
